AGF Fire Protection Ltd provides fire safety services across the UK. We are the data controller for the personal information we collect, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under number ZA782985. What we collect

We collect the information needed to provide our services. This includes contact details, the addresses and access arrangements of premises we work on, service and inspection records, billing details, training records and records of our communications with you. Our website also collects some technical information through cookies, as explained in our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

provide quotes and carry out the services you ask for (to perform our contract with you)
handle invoicing and accounts (to meet our legal obligations)
arrange service visits, respond to enquiries and meet the requirements of our accreditation bodies (for our legitimate business interests)
send you marketing, which you can opt out of at any time (with your consent, or for our legitimate interests where the law allows.

Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it where necessary with our subcontractors, accreditation bodies, building owners or managing agents we work for or service providers who support our business (such as IT and accounting providers).

How long we keep it
We review how long we keep personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil our statutory obligations, for example, all financial records are held for 7 years. In other areas of the business we hold your personal information on our systems, only for only as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or agreement you hold with us.

Your rights

You have the right to access your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for it to be transferred to another organisation, and withdraw consent at any time.
